360 interactive visits of their factories and laboratories

Through videos and integrated quizzes, the user familiarizes with the production line and its different steps (from design to product realization and quality check). Thanks to those 360 visits, L’Oréal Operations has been able to:

  • Facilitate the understanding of packaging production methods for its employees thus better adapting to production constraints for better product launches.
  • Train newcomers to the company and its partners’ operations to optimize time and increase autonomy.
  • After a year, they’ve recorded more than 3500 unique visits on their whole catalog visits.

The ROI is obvious: Just imagine the logistics and time required to organize these in-person visits, especially in times of travel restrictions!
