This fitness-focused challenge will leave your leg muscles screaming.

Online fitness community SWEAT has released an interactive Snapchat Lens designed to get your body moving via a miniature fitness challenge powered by augmented reality.

“We’ve partnered with Snapchat, using new and exciting augmented reality technology to give you a mini challenge with our Snapchat lens that’s SO fun, you’ll forget you’re even working out,” stated the company on YouTube.

Available free via the Snapchat app (available on iOS and Android), this full-body Lens tasks you with completing a series of exercises lead by fitness personality Cass Olholm. This includes everything from basic squats and lunges to Russian twists and other cardio-based challenges. Using your smartphones forward-facing the camera, the app tracks your movements in real-time, keeping tabs on everything from your number of reps to the quality of your form. The goal is to perform as many reps as you can before the timer runs out.

To get started download the Snapchat app (available free on iOS and Android) and scan the QR code provided below. From there it’s just a matter of finding some open space and setting up the forward-facing camera so that your entire body is in the frame.

You can download SWEAT’s fitness-focused Snapchat Lens 100% free-of-charge here.
