ABOUT THIS CONCERT

What happens when music, dance, and technology meet? The result is something unexpected—and something you have to see (and hear!) to believe. Take your listening experience to the next level in this groundbreaking, first-of-its-kind event featuring Google’s amazing virtual reality technology. As the Houston Symphony performs favorites like Clair de Lune and Carnival of the Animals, artist Topher Sipes dreams up mesmerizing life-sized art that responds to the music in real time and takes on a life of its own. Join us for socially distanced concerts in person, or watch the Saturday evening livestream from home.

Due to social distancing requirements, if you are purchasing a single (1) in-hall ticket or for a group of 3+, please call the Patron Services Center at 713.224.7575 or email patronservices@houstonsymphony.org to purchase your ticket(s).

Before the concert: Ahead of the concert, Houston Symphony spoke with visual artist Topher Sipes about his experience of bringing Music Illustrated to life. Read more over on our blog.

Single tickets $20, or save 25% with a livestream package – view details here
